Dr. Mulbury joined the Group in 1977.  He completed his otolaryngology residency at the University of Rochester, where he also received his M.D. degree in 1970.  A native of Windham, New York, he received his B.S. degree from Cornell University.  In addition to general otolaryngology, Dr. Mulbury's areas of interest are otology and pediatric otolaryngology.  In his free time, Dr. Mulbury enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Dr. Salamone joined the Group in 2004.  He completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Cincinnati and medical school at the University at Buffalo.  While in Cincinnati, Dr. Salamone conducted research in pediatric airway disease and head and neck cancer gene therapy.  In addition to general otolaryngology, Dr. Salamone has a special interest in pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck cancer surgery.  Dr. Salamone is Chief of the Division of Otolaryngology at Rochester General Hospital. 

Dr. Salamone joined the Group in 2004.  He completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Cincinnati and medical school at the University at Buffalo.  While in Cincinnati, Dr. Salamone conducted research in pediatric airway disease and head and neck cancer gene therapy.  In addition to general otolaryngology, Dr. Salamone has a special interest in pediatric otolaryngology and head and neck cancer surgery.  Dr. Salamone is Chief of the Division of Otolaryngology at Rochester General Hospital. 

Dr. Saleh is the newest member of the group.  She is a native of Corfu, NY and completed her residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.  She obtained her medical training from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Dr. Saleh performs all aspects of otolaryngology.

Dr. Topf completed his residency in otolaryngology at Harvard - Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston in 1989. He obtained his medical and undergraduate degrees at the University of Pennsylvania. After residency, he returned to Penn where he was an attending physician.  Dr. Topf sees patients at all of the group's offices.  He has special interests in care of the head and neck cancer patient, salivary and thyroid gland and  surgery, treatment of snoring and sleep disorders, and sinus surgery.

Dr. Kozara joined the Group in 2007.  He is a Western New York native and obtained his undergraduate education from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  After attending medical school at KCOM in Missouri, he went on to complete internship and residency training in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery through Michigan State University.  Dr. Kozara is highly skilled in all aspects of otolaryngology and has special interests in facial plastic surgery, otology and sinus disorders. 

Dr. Kozara joined the Group in 2007.  He is a Western New York native and obtained his undergraduate education from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  After attending medical school at KCOM in Missouri, he went on to complete internship and residency training in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery through Michigan State University.  Dr. Kozara is highly skilled in all aspects of otolaryngology and has special interests in facial plastic surgery, otology and sinus disorders. 

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners

  • Lorie Sparacino, MS, PNP-BC, CORLN

Lorie joined the group in 1984.  She obtained her master's degree in nursing at the University of Rochester and her bachelor's degree at D'Youville College in Buffalo.  Lorie's special interests are in pediatrics and tracheostomy care.

  • Cheryl Parnell, RPA-C

Cheryl joined the group in 1998.  She earned her physician assistant degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and also holds a doctor of musical arts degree from The Ohio State University.  She received her undergraduate degree from Roberts Wesleyan College where she still participates in orchestral performances.  She has a special interest in the treatment of voice disorders and dizziness.

  • Kelly Reid-Waldock, ANP, FNP

Kelly Reid-Waldock has been specializing in otolaryngology in the Rochester area for over 22 years.  She received her masters degree from the University of Rochester.  Kelly has a special interest in geriatrics, dizziness and pediatrics.  She sees patients in all of the Group's offices.

  • Elizabeth Nagle, RPA-C

Elizabeth joined the group in 2009. She graduated from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania with her master's degree in physician assistant studies in 2009. She completed her bachelor's of science in 2008. She is a Western New York native who returned to Rochester after completing her physician assistant program. She practices all aspects of general otolaryngology and is a surgical physician assistant in otolaryngology at Rochester General Hospital. Elizabeth is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of AAPA.

Audiologists

  • Sarah Hardy, MS

Sarah came to the practice in 2008.  She earned her bachelor's degree in speech and language pathology and audiology from SUNY Geneseo and her master's degree from Syracuse University.  She has held positions in medical private practice as a diagnostic audiologist and has dispensed hearing aids since 1995.  She performs all specialized hearing tests for The Rochester Otolaryngology Group, along with all diagnostic testing in our main office.  She has a special interest in hearing protection and products for the musician.

  • Faith Barbe, MS

Faith joined the group in 2011.  A native of Rochester, she earned her bachelor's degree in psychology and health and human services from SUNY Buffalo in 1998.  She went on to complete her graduate education at the Department of Communicative Disorders and Sciences at the University at Buffalo and earned her master's degree in audiology in 2001.  Faith performs audiologic assessment and testing and provides custom hearing protection and swim molds for patients as needed.

  • Diane Finnerty, AuD

Diane began consulting for the practice in 2011.  She is licensed by the state of New York and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.  She earned a bachelor's in communication disorders at Arizona State University in 1986 and her master's in audiology at SUNY Geneseo in 1988.  She worked in various settings including teaching at Missouri State University before completing her doctorate in audiology from the University of Florida in 2001.  She performs diagnostic evaluations and advises patients on strategies to improve communication.  Her passion is teaching and making sure patients have reasonable expectations regarding the benefit of hearing aids.
